British Red Cross - Haiti Earthquake Appeal

We have launched an emergency appeal to help those affected by the devastating earthquake that struck Haiti on 13 January 2010, killing hundreds and affecting thousands more. The British Red Cross has already released £200,000 from its Disaster Fund to support the relief effort. However the sheer scale of this disaster means much more will be needed. Red Cross volunteers in Haiti are currently assisting the injured and supporting hospitals.
